My biblical imagery is largely staged in the present, as I believe that although the essential truths of the bible are timeless they only remain alive if made relevant today. Imagination is the key to grasping the matrix of complexities of history, poetry, morality and the vision of regeneration that the bible contains. Many of my images personify problematic aspects of the narrative, in which I am uncertain and questioning.
